A minimum area of 250-300 sq ft for 9 - holes and 500-600 sq ft for 18 - holes is recommended, but we can adapt to different spaces.

We suggest booking 2-4 weeks in advance for Standard Events (Parties, Corporate Gatherings) – 4-6 weeks in advance for Weddings & Large Events and lastly 6-8 weeks ahead for Seasonal & High-Demand Periods (Summer, Holidays).

Cancellations follow our refund policy—All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure the date.

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellations within 14+ days of the event: No refund, but rescheduling is allowed.

• Cancellations within 7-13 days: 50% of total payment is forfeited, rescheduling subject to availability.

• Cancellations within 6 days or less: No refunds or rescheduling.

Once confirmed, all setup and customization fees are non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled, but refunds are not offered.
